I found The Grand Plan Event Organizer while browsing for event planners in Bali, and they stood out because their concepts feel a bit different. It’s not just the usual setup—they seem to focus more on creating a unique experience, especially by using outdoor or scenic locations. From what I’ve seen, their style looks quite flexible and creative, which is great if you don’t want something too generic. It feels like they’re trying to bring new ideas instead of repeating the same event format. One thing though, there’s still limited feedback online, so I’d probably suggest checking their past projects or asking for references before booking. But overall, they look like a solid choice if you’re into creative and customized events.Posted on Google leonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently came across The Grand Plan Event Organizer while looking for event services in Bali, and I think they have a really interesting concept. Their approach feels quite fresh compared to typical event organizers, especially with how they try to combine events with Bali’s natural atmosphere. What I like is that they seem open to customizing events based on what the client wants, not just offering standard packages. It gives the impression that they actually try to understand the vibe you’re going for, whether it’s something chill or more festive. That said, I noticed there aren’t too many detailed reviews online yet, so it might be worth reaching out to them directly to see their previous work or portfolio. But overall, they seem like a good option if you’re looking for something a bit more creative and personalized.Posted on Google Natha GamingTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What Indian wedding rituals can you manage in Bali, and do you accommodate Hindu, Muslim, and Christian ceremonies?
Yes at The Grand Plan EO, we manage the full spectrum of Indian wedding traditions across all faiths, fully executed in Bali.
For Hindu Indian weddings, we coordinate the complete multi-day ceremonial journey:
- Haldi : the turmeric ceremony where family members apply a paste of haldi (turmeric), sandalwood, and rose water to the bride and groom. It is a purification ritual held separately for the bride and groom on the morning before the wedding, surrounded by close family. We handle the setup, fresh flower décor, traditional accessories, and authentic haldi paste preparation.
- Mehndi : an intimate evening celebration where intricate henna designs are applied to the bride’s hands and feet by a professional mehndi artist. Often accompanied by light music, dance, and a relaxed gathering of women from both families. We coordinate the mehndi artist, lighting, seating arrangement, and entertainment.
- Sangeet : a vibrant pre-wedding evening of music, dance, and performances, typically held 1–2 nights before the wedding. Families from both sides perform choreographed dances, skits, and songs. We manage the stage, sound system, lighting, choreography coordination, DJ or live band, and full décor.
- Baraat : the groom’s ceremonial procession to the wedding venue, traditionally on a white horse or decorated vehicle, surrounded by dancing family and friends to the beat of a dhol drummer. We arrange the horse, dhol players, floral décor for the procession, and coordinate the timing with the venue and bride’s family.
- Vidai & Wedding Ceremony : the sacred Hindu wedding rituals including Saat Phere (seven vows around the sacred fire), Sindoor ceremony, and Mangalsutra. We source qualified Hindu priests fluent in Sanskrit and coordinate all sacred materials including the mandap, havan kund, and ritual items.
For Muslim Indian weddings (Nikah), we coordinate the Nikah ceremony with a qualified qadhi or maulvi, arrange the signing of the Nikah nama, manage the Walima (reception dinner), and ensure halal catering options are available throughout all events.
For Christian Indian weddings, we coordinate with a licensed minister or pastor, manage the church-style or chapel ceremony setup in Bali, handle the wedding procession, vow exchange, and reception all while incorporating Indian cultural elements such as traditional attire, music, and catering preferences.
Regardless of your faith or background, every ritual is handled with full cultural respect, experienced coordination, and zero compromise on authenticity right here in Bali.
